A Letter from SPI Corporate Solutions CEO, Lindsay Gates

I began my career in outside sales but have always been drawn to the legal field. In 2003, I was hired as a paralegal for a personal injury firm in Chicago. While I loved working in the legal field, I missed the excitement of sales and sought a way to marry the two. As fate would have it, an established service company was looking to make their move in the Midwest and, before I knew it, I was working in a brand-new industry that combined my two interests. In the years that followed, I made amazing connections and really focused on what my clients were looking for in their service provider. Having complete control over the entirety of my client’s experience and being able to really dig into what it means to be a services forward organization was simply too good of a notion to let pass. So, in 2010 SPI Corporate Solutions, Inc. was born! All these years later, SPI continues to have this commitment to services as a core part of our DNA. I couldn’t be prouder of the team we’ve put together and the work we’ve done for our clients.

Lindsay Gates

In 2006 Lindsay left her career as a Paralegal to join the Service Company world. Through this experience, Lindsay has first-hand knowledge of the demands placed on paralegals and the importance of having reliable vendors to partner with and rely on.

In 2010 she founded SPI Corporate Solutions, Inc. to provide unparalleled, personalized service to the legal, financial and corporate industries. Lindsay is very active in the legal and public records community. She has been a member of the Illinois Paralegal Association since 2006 and has presented numerous times at their annual Education Conference.

In addition to SPI, Lindsay is a producer and is active in Broadway, off-Broadway and regional theatre. She also is the Vice-President of The Penguin Project, a theatre program that was designed to highlight inclusivity by empowering children with special needs through theatre.

In her spare time, Lindsay enjoys traveling and spending time with her amazing kids, Taylor and Hayden.

Julianne Bass

Vice President of Operations

Julianne brings more than 21 years of experience in nationwide UCC and corporate services, including 13 years with SPI Corporate Solutions. Since joining the SPI team in 2013, she has played a key role in strengthening the company’s reputation for exceptional client service, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships.
 
As Vice President of Operations, Julianne leads by example through her extensive industry knowledge, unwavering integrity, and strong work ethic. She is deeply committed to delivering outstanding customer service on every order—large or small—and instills those same values throughout SPI’s customer service team.
 
Under Julianne’s leadership, SPI continues to exceed client expectations through consistency, responsiveness, and a genuine commitment to quality. Her focus on building trust and providing dependable support has helped establish lasting partnerships with clients nationwide.
 
Originally from Upstate New York and now residing in South Carolina, Julianne values the importance of strong relationships both personally and professionally. Outside of work, she enjoys cruising, spending quality time with her family, and caring for her beloved fur babies. Her warm, people-focused approach and commitment to building meaningful connections are reflected in both her leadership style and the lasting relationships she has built with clients and colleagues throughout her career.
